News in March:
One of our favorite riding places, Vouzela has now a cycling center which offers bike wash, self-service mechanic office and possibility to lend gps devices. They have 7 marked bike tracks, over 200 km in total.

What´s to come in April?
Weather in April:
Day temperatures are around 20 degrees, direct sun will give a feeling of summer and bites already quite hard, so do not forget your sunscreen creams! Nature is in fresh green color.

Those who wish to take part of the local traditional events, then in the beginning of April all region has Easter traditional events, in Aveiro annual March Market (25. 03- 26. 04 Feira de Março) takes place.
April 19th a gastronomical ride is organized near Águeda which offers traditional food in the feed zones.

Also you may test yourself in different competitions in this region.

MTBcamps congratulates Greete Steinburg! Best female cyclist of the year (Estonia)! We know how hard you worked in the winter ;) Well deserved! The preseason is important part of the results in the summer, in the northern countries it is often quite hard to make a good preparation, that’s why many find some weeks to train more south.
